2008 bought frigid temperatures to the U.S. Pond Hockey Championships.  Saturday morning, Day 2, woke to -25°F  and 10-20 mph winds.  It was so cold the gasoline feeding the tent generators and heaters gelled up and everything stopped.

The stalwart grounds crew set to work and in no time at all the tournament operatons were up and running on all cyliders.
