Teams wishing to withdraw from the event will not receive a registration fee refund.

If the event is canceled due to weather, i.e. insufficient ice or if temperatures are below 0 degrees Fahrenheit with wind chill -5 degrees Fahrenheit or colder, the team parent/coach will receive t-shirts for each player, and half (50%) refund of the registration fee.

All players must have a release form signed by a parent or guardian prior to or at tournament registration and prior to any tournament play, acknowledging they understand and accept that there are risks involved in participating in any recreational activity, are aware of those risks, and are voluntarily participating in this activity with knowledge of the risks involved.
